The Muslim woman is obviously a token stock character whose purpose is to broadcast to the world just how broad-minded progressives are.
Not to mention: whoever made the image certainly does not believe the little proclamation “everyone should feel free to be themselves,” because the same people who support this image would gladly cheer if the people in the mocking comments thread were incinerated alive.
